Jon founded Toroni & Company on a conviction that growing businesses — particularly those in the $10 million to $250 million revenue range — deserve more than advice from a distance. They need a partner who will roll up their sleeves, implement solutions, manage outcomes, and stay accountable for results. That philosophy drives everything the firm does.

As a certified QuickBooks ProAdvisor, Oracle NetSuite Specialist, and Sage ERP Specialist, Jon has deep expertise in financial systems and ERP platforms — enabling him to connect financial strategy directly to the technology that powers it. This cross-functional capability is central to Toroni & Company's differentiated approach.
